Delivery and shipping policy

Delivery within UK:

If you place an order, your order normally will be dispatched the next morning and should arrive within 3-7 working day.  

Please allow additional time for your orders to arrive over the Bank holidays.

Dispatching

Items in stock are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Please allow additional time if your order has been placed over the weekend. If certain products are not available in stock we will inform you and suggest a later delivery date.

You can typically expect a delivery to arrive within 3-7 days after placing the order. If your item does not arrive, please be patient. We will not consider a parcel lost until 14 days have passed. This does not normally happen .

Delivery outside UK:

If you place an order before 5 p.m. your order normally will be dispatched next morning and should arrive within 3-7 working day.

Worldwide Delivery Timeframes:

USA and Canada – 4-6 days
Latin America – 4-6 days
Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia and Asia – 1-3 weeks
Australia – 1-2 weeks

The number of your order will be sending to you by e-mail.

Please allow additional time for your orders to arrive over the Bank holidays.

If the item does not turn up

If 14 days have passed since the dispatch date, please email us at support@beautifullife.org.uk. We will now class your item as lost and we will either send you a replacement or give you a refund. Please include your order reference number and the date of dispatch, and state that the order has not been received. We will use this email as evidence for the investigation to pursue the issue.

We cannot refund or replace items lost until 14 days after the date it was dispatched to you.

Please make sure that your address details are entered correctly and accurately. We cannot be responsible for delivery problems caused by inadequate address details.
